Dayana C. Lago Felipe is a Consultor Senior at CHANGE AMERICAS, currently working on cultural transformation for client Claro Colombia S. A. Dayana C. previously worked as Jefe Gestión Humana y SST at GRM COLOMBIA, focusing on designing the SGSST work plan for 2022 and implementing improvements in human resources processes. Prior to that, Dayana C. was a Psicologa Especialista at the Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, where Dayana C. coordinated the execution of the Leadership School for leaders and implemented safety and health management systems with high success rates. Dayana has a background in psychology and holds a Master's degree in Human Management and Organizational Development.
