Agustin del Vento

Agustin Del Vento has extensive work experience in change management, leadership development, and executive coaching. Agustin is the CEO of Change Champions Consulting Inc., where they collaborate with clients to develop sustainable solutions for their challenges. Agustin has worked with leading global organizations such as Finning Canada/International, BHP Billiton, and Suncor. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Accenture, focusing on talent and organization. Agustin also worked as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, delivering leadership training to leaders in various industries. Additionally, Agustin has experience as a Communication Researcher at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Victoria. Agustin started their career as a Counselor at the Centro Privado de Psicoterapias.

Agustin Del Vento obtained a Licenciado degree in Psychology from Universidad de Belgrano from 1996 to 2001. Agustin then pursued a Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Victoria from 2003 to 2007. In 2012, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University, specializing in Executive Coaching. Agustin also holds several certifications, including Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation in 2014 and various certifications from ExperiencePoint in Change Management and Facilitation.
