Sacha Zackariya has an extensive and varied work experience. Sacha is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of The Change Group International, a role they have held since 2008. In this position, they are responsible for global operations, talent development, strategy, finance, banking, regulation, compliance, legal, M&A, and business development across 12 countries in Europe, Australasia, and North America. Sacha has also been involved in setting up new operations in cities such as Vienna, Auckland, Tallinn, Paris, and San Francisco. Additionally, they have conducted 18 M&A deals internationally for the group.
Furthermore, Sacha has served as the Chairman and Learning Officer of YPO Greater London from April 2019 to July 2021. Previously, they were the Chairman & Founder of The Tree Foundation, a philanthropic organization aimed at addressing gaps in standards of living and education in Sri Lanka and other South East Asian countries. Sacha also took on the role of Chairman at FTT Global Ltd, a leading payments company, from October 2012 to June 2016. Prior to these positions, they worked as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Invensys Aerospace Division and as an Undergraduate Engineer at Motorola. Additionally, Sacha gained experience as a TAG U/T Pilot (trainee) in the Royal Air Force, where they received a flying scholarship.
Sacha Zackariya obtained their A levels and O Levels from Highgate School from 1983 to 1989. Sacha pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick from 1989 to 1992. In 1993 to 1994, they furthered their education with a Diploma in Financial Economics from the University of London. Finally, in 1999 to 2000, they completed an MBA in International Business Administration from INSEAD.
