Anna Fra

Anna Fra is a trauma-informed Shiatsu therapist currently working for Change Grow Live since September 2023 and providing on-site corporate massage for The Office Massage since April 2023. With extensive experience as a Shiatsu therapist at One Housing, Social Interest Group, and Equinox Care, Anna has been supporting individuals with mental health issues and substance abuse since 2001. Additionally, Anna has a history of self-employment as a Shiatsu therapist since March 2000 and has worked with the Salvation Army and Hands Inc. as a registered massage therapist. Anna's educational background includes a diploma in Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the European Shiatsu School and a diploma in Enneagram from Enneagram Training UK. Anna has also participated in clinical psychology studies through the Erasmus international program and has completed training with the Enneagram Prison Project.
