Joe Walker

Joe Walker currently serves as a Street Outreach Navigator at Change Grow Live, providing personalized support to clients experiencing rough sleeping in Brighton & Hove. Joe also holds a trustee position at Whitehawk Foodbank and previously worked as a Senior Policy and Public Affairs Officer at St Mungo's, co-authoring the 2023 Kerslake Commission report and engaging with political stakeholders on homelessness policy. Prior roles at Whitehawk Foodbank included Foodbank Manager, overseeing operations and managing volunteers, as well as Foodbank Coordinator, focusing on client support and crisis alleviation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Durham University and completed A-Levels at Newman College.
