Rick Bradley

Rick Bradley currently serves as the Head of Learning Delivery and Curriculum Development at Change Grow Live and co-chairs the Third Sector Strategic L&D Network, where collaboration among over 20 UK charities focuses on learning and development best practices. With extensive experience leading the learning and development strategy at With You for over 19 years, Rick has contributed significantly to supporting over 2,000 colleagues in addressing substance use and mental health challenges. Additionally, Rick founded the award-winning 'Mind and Body' programme to aid at-risk youth and has held various leadership roles throughout a career that began in financial trading. Academic credentials include a forthcoming Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development and previous degrees in Addictions Management and History.
