Simon Purcell

Simon Purcell is an experienced professional with a background in outreach, health, and security services. Currently serving as a Specialist Homeless Outreach Practitioner at Change Grow Live since April 2023, Purcell supports individuals through the Rough Sleeper Initiative. Previously engaged with the NHS since April 2021, Purcell has worked in various capacities, including Minor Injuries Unit, Covid Pod, and Head and Neck Unit, in a specialist hospital focusing on reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation. Prior experience includes serving as a Network Coach at Emerging Futures CIC, where Purcell supported individuals with opiate addiction transitioning from prison to community, and as a Community Outreach Worker at a homeless charity. Earlier roles involved secure ambulance services and security management, including positions with the UK Home Office and in security operations at various undisclosed organizations. Purcell holds educational credentials from the Institute of Leadership and Management, Emergency Planning College, and Euro Tactical in France, complemented by extensive security clearances and training.
