Susie Braam

Susie Braam currently serves as a Change Logician at Change Logic and Co-Founder at Yellow Cat Innovation, continuing their role as a Digital Transformation Advisor for the UK Ministry of Defence since June 2021. Braam has built a robust career in innovation, having previously held the position of Head of Innovation at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the UK Ministry of Defence, where Susie focused on operational capability development and multi-agency collaboration for counter-terrorism initiatives. Earlier, Braam contributed to the UK Ministry of Defence in various leadership roles, including HR Business Partner for Counter Terrorism and Head of Strategic Intelligence Assessments. Braam holds a Master of Arts in Slavonic and East European Politics from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Exeter.
