Erica Fridlund is an experienced retail and sales professional with a strong background in fashion and customer service. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Coach at Change Lingerie since September 2017, Erica focuses on promoting natural beauty through lingerie that celebrates individual body types. Prior roles include Sales Manager and Senior Sales Coach in Sweden at Björn Borg, where the emphasis was on customer service alignment with the company vision, as well as Shop Manager positions at HOPE Production AB and The North Face, where responsibilities included financial management and store performance. Erica's extensive experience also covers positions such as Expansion/Retail Manager at Rodebjer, Nordic Manager at FREY WILLE, and various Store Manager roles throughout their career. Earlier experiences include project management at IQPC and account management at MTG Radio. Erica holds a degree in Social Science/Humanities from St Jacobi Gymnasium and completed further education at Berglund & Partners.
