Katja Remme

Katja Remme is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the retail sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations at CHANGE Lingerie since February 2013, Katja has optimized operations across over 300 stores and has held various roles, including International Operation Manager and Retail Project Manager. Responsibilities have included implementing new systems, managing store acquisitions, and coordinating international retail strategies. Prior to CHANGE, Katja worked at HTC as a Sales and Event Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where budget management and the development of shop-in-shop solutions were key tasks. Earlier experience at HW Excellence involved marketing coordination for prominent brands such as Montblanc and Tommy Hilfiger, establishing significant market positions. Katja holds an HD degree from Copenhagen Business School and additional qualifications from Næstved Handelsskole and Herlufsholm.
