Ryan Resella, MPA, is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Change.org since April 2016, Ryan leads the migration of service-oriented architecture systems to Amazon Kubernetes. Previously, Ryan held positions such as Founder & CEO of Resella, Inc., providing consulting services for local governments and non-profits, and Senior Engineer at Upworthy, where expertise in Ruby on Rails was applied. Ryan also contributed to the Obama for America Technology Team and served as the first Technical Lead at Code for America. Earlier career experience includes progressive roles at the City of Santa Clarita in IT, culminating as a Senior Information Technology Analyst. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge.
