Kasia Witkowska

Kasia Witkowska is an experienced project manager and team coordinator with a strong background in consulting, event coordination, and customer service. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Human Connection and Influence Consulting and a Team Experience Pilot at Change Pilots, Kasia is adept at recruiting and building high-performing teams, as well as optimizing workflows for increased productivity. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at RTB House, where effective communication with cross-functional teams was key, and experience as a Mentee in IT Project Management through Dare IT. Kasia has also coordinated events at Platige Image and Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia, where comprehensive management and stakeholder supervision were essential. A graduate of Uniwersytet Szczeciński and Université d'Angers, Kasia holds degrees in Romance Philology.
