Marten Raudsepp has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Marten is currently serving as the Head of Dealing at Change since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for defining vision and strategy within the Dealing team, planning and budgeting, building trading and hedging strategies, and overseeing the company's open risk in different asset classes. Marten is also involved in hiring for the Dealing department and establishing procedures and manuals. Marten is accountable for LP relationships.
Prior to their current role, Marten worked at LHV from 2017 to 2021. Marten started as a Broker, responsible for client's trading activity and teaching new investors. Later, they became the Senior Broker and Manager of LHV Investment School, where they managed institutional client communication and trading side, handled client accounts, and arranged investor meetings and IPO presentations.
Before joining LHV, Marten worked at SEB as a Business Development Assistant in 2016. Their responsibilities included assisting the Business Development department with client feedback and monitoring banking product pricing models and changes in the Baltic region.
Marten's earliest work experience was as a Participant at Erasmus from 2015 to 2016.
Throughout their career, Marten has gained expertise in trading, client management, strategy development, and business development.
Marten Raudsepp pursued their education in various institutions from 2014 to 2018. Marten started by studying Economics at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they moved on to Corvinus University of Budapest, where they continued their studies in Economics from 2016 to 2017. Finally, Marten attended TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 2014 to 2018, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
In addition to their formal education, Marten also obtained several certifications. In January 2018, they received the EIA certification from EFPA Europe. In February 2018, they obtained the Authorized Exchange Trader certification from Nasdaq. Finally, Marten attained the EIP certification from EFPA Europe in March 2019.
