Hi! I'm Aleksandra Veselinovic, MSc, Marshall Goldsmith-certified executive coach, leadership trainer and author with executive background and expertise in organizational, leadership and personal development. Welcome to my Program 360, brain- centered coaching tool designed to support your sustainable individual, team, leadership and organizational growth.
As an executive mentor and coach, my professional goal is simple. I help people recognize how our personal motives drive our behaviors, business reputation and success. This understanding is a root-cause for achieving positive and lasting career, leadership and organizational change. Without it, a growing leadership mindset, stronger relationships and more effective teams, would not be possible. Business application of emotional intelligence and the neuroscience is my biggest professional passion.

In 2015. my brain-centered coaching tool, Program 360 was born, turning me into client-centered enterprenuer. My three decades of international executive know-how, were literally transformed into practical, transferable show-how. I do competence-based assessments, team development programs, leadership training, executive coaching and mentoring in the Balkans, Central and Eastern Europe, the Midlle East, Africa and Latin America. Determined to promote values of networking, I am a guest lecturer at Austrian WIFI International Training Institute, and also, a member of several international training and coaching teams.

My academic background is two-fold. I earned two Master of Science Awards ( Communication and Organizational Development). My professional values are three-fold. Why? Because, I strongly believe that knowledge, motives and action are three vital alchemist ingredients transforming our ideas into reality.
My Specialties: Executive, Career and Team Coaching, Motivational Leadership, Strategic Communication, Change Management, Organization and Personal Development.
Looking forward to meet you!
