Luke Ferguson

Luke Ferguson is an accomplished Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product development and user experience. Currently at ChangeEngine since July 2024, Luke previously held the same position at General System, where key achievements included launching a geospatial visualization product, transforming team operations to achieve a fortnightly shipping cadence, and developing prioritization frameworks for product features. Luke's career at JRNI spanned nearly a decade, with significant contributions as both Senior Product Manager and Head of UX/front-end development, including launching the core booking management product and fostering a research-driven product culture. Earlier experience includes a software engineering role at BAE Systems, where mission-critical software was developed. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Internet Technology from Bournemouth University.
