Debbi Scheun

Debbi Scheun serves as Chief Executive Officer at ChangeFolio since August 2012, leading an organisation that focuses on organisational change and transformation across South Africa, Ireland, and the UK. Prior to this role, Scheun was Managing Director and Senior Change Management Lead Consultant for Diversified Consulting, where expertise in strategies and methodologies was utilised to facilitate effective change within organisations. An independent consultant from 2008 to 2012, Scheun managed numerous change initiatives for major clients including Standard Bank and Discovery Health, demonstrating a broad skill set in project management and change implementation. Scheun co-founded Engineer Your Tomorrow and held the position of Head of Training Operations at MultiChoice Group early in a distinguished career that began in 1991. Academically, Scheun holds a BA HSSS Cum Laude degree in Applied Psychology in the Workplace from the University of South Africa.
