Sara Bartel is a Senior Attorney at ChangeLab Solutions, leading initiatives focused on equity-centered partnerships and developing adaptable tools and processes for policy and outreach efforts since May 2015. Bartel has served on the Board of Directors for The Greenfield Project from January 2018 to April 2022, contributing to strategic planning and policy advocacy for a resilient food system. Prior experience includes work as an Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where Bartel prepared amicus briefs for marriage equality and represented clients in housing court. Bartel's legal training includes significant roles at Harvard Law School, covering food law, climate change regulations, and environmental law, complemented by internships in governmental and nonprofit sectors.
