As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Changemaker since July 2017, Dave specializes in delivering tailored change solutions through consultancy, coaching, and interim management. Previous ventures include founding Alpha IT Recruitment, where a strong focus was placed on relationship-driven recruitment and career coaching. Dave has also held significant positions at Amicus ITS, Accenda, and WCI, managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic propositions, and contributing to substantial revenue growth. With an MBA in Business Process Engineering and Change Management from Henley Business School, complemented by coaching qualifications from The Coaching Academy, Dave Seddon combines academic prowess with a wealth of practical experience to drive successful outcomes for organizations.
