He is also the Co-Founder and Director of Changemaker, a consultancy focusing on change management. Additionally, he is the Founder and Director of Just Consulting Ltd, offering business change and transformation services. With a background in various positions at Volvo, Three., T-Mobile, and BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd, Justin brings extensive experience in leadership and program management to his roles. He holds a MEng in Engineering Management and a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the IET.
