Sharon Connolly is a Change Manager and Microsoft MVP with extensive experience in change leadership, communications, and training. They have worked at various organizations, including MLC Life Insurance as a Change Lead and Westpac as both a Training Manager and Change Manager. Currently, Sharon serves as the Head of Product at ChangePlan, where they are building an enterprise change delivery platform. Notable for their ability to leverage existing technology and deliver clear, impactful communications, Sharon is also guiding veterinary practices at VetPartners Australia and New Zealand in adopting new technologies.
