Don Rethman

Don Rethman is a Senior Director of Architecture at Change Up Inc., where they have been instrumental in overseeing quality control and managing roll-out projects since 2019. With a rich background in architecture, they served as Project Architect and later Vice President at Interbrand Design Forum from 1993 to 1995, managing teams and project documentation. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Interbrand, where they expanded the architecture department significantly, and Senior Manager at Alan Scherr Associates, focusing on project success and business development. Rethman holds a Bachelor of Architecture from North Carolina State University and a BED in Architecture from Miami University, and is licensed to practice architecture in every US state except Alaska and four Canadian provinces.
