Ryan Brazelton is the Chief Creative Officer at ChangeUp. Ryan has over fifteen years of experience in the design industry, working with some of the world's leading brands. Ryan has a passion for creating compelling brand experiences that connect with people on an emotional level.

Brazelton started their career as a designer at Communica, where they worked on a variety of projects for a range of clients. Ryan then joined Interbrand Design Forum, where they spent six years as a Senior Creative Director/Group Leader, working on global brands such as Coca-Cola, Samsung, and Sony. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Director, Creative, and oversaw the creative team responsible for the rebranding of FedEx.

In 2016, Brazelton joined Aveda as Executive Director, Creative, where they led the team responsible for store design, graphic design, and packaging. During their time at Aveda, they helped to create a consistent global brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.

Brazelton is currently the Chief Creative Officer at ChangeUp, where they are responsible for leading the creative team and developing innovative brand experiences that drive business results.

Ryan Brazelton received a BFA in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University.

Ryan Brazelton reports to Lee Carpenter, Partner & CEO. They are on a team with Andrew Carpenter - Managing Director, California, Bill Chidley - Partner & Executive Director, Strategy & Insights, and Glen Middleton - Executive Director, Architecture & Engineering.
