Victor Liu

Victor Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capacity planning, customer insights, aviation marketing, and operational management. Currently serving as Associate General Manager at Changi Airport Group since September 2009, Victor leads teams in digitalisation and optimisation initiatives to enhance operational capacity. Previously held roles include Senior Manager in Air Hub Development at Changi Airport Group, where aviation marketing, slot coordination, and market research were key responsibilities, and served as an Administrative Officer at SATS Ltd., overseeing air freight terminal operations planning. Early career experiences include working as an Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan with a focus on the APAC telecommunications market. Academically, Victor holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
