Changing Lives
Claudie Cetinoglu currently serves as the Women's Service Manager at Changing Lives, overseeing operational and strategic management of multiple programs aimed at providing trauma-informed care to individuals with complex needs. Previously, Claudie held the position of Systems Change Lead at Fulfilling Lives Newcastle Gateshead, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives to enhance service access and systemic improvements for vulnerable populations. Additional experience includes serving as Practice Lead for Barnardo's, focusing on women's services, and various roles at Crisis, Embrace Rwanda, A4e, and Connexions, where Claudie developed and delivered programs to support marginalized individuals. Claudie holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and Linguistics from Newcastle University and several qualifications in education and guidance.
