Denny Laufenburger

Denny Laufenburger has extensive experience in community service, public speaking, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a member of the Legislative Salary Council appointed by Governor Walz, Denny also works as a greeter-emcee at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, enhancing guest experiences. Involvement spans various roles, including commissioner for the Fun Bunch Cup Golf Association and public address announcer for Chanhassen High School athletics and Crown College football. Denny has held significant positions such as executive director of the Open Hands Foundation, mayor of Chanhassen, and interim executive pastor at Westwood Community Church. With a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Denny has dedicated efforts to promoting fairness, enhancing community engagement, and supporting local initiatives.
