In addition, Amy led daily, weekly and monthly coaching, counseling and feedback sessions to more than 20 current staff members across two locations. Amy held quarterly development statuses and education trainings to ensure team growth, efficiency and personal development among existing team members.

Amy's previous role as Operations Manager at Nica Vida Surf Lodge also required their to wear many hats. Amy was responsible for utilizing social media marketing strategies to produce content and identify trends on all social media platforms. Amy also created and executed marketing plans to promote business growth and development. Lastly, they managed lodging operations which included client contact, food and beverage distribution, vendor correspondence, and billing procedures.

Amy's experience in both customer success and operations management have given their the skills necessary to be successful in their current role at Chanl Health. Her passion for helping others and ensuring their success is evident in all that they do.

Amy Olson has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Marketing from St. Cloud State University. Amy also has certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.

Their manager is Jared Sieling, Founder, CEO. They are on a team with Barbra Fagan - Executive Director, Reese Glover - Clinical Solutions Partner.
