Natasha Bavaria

Natasha Bavaria is an experienced professional in the field of digital health and care, currently serving as a People and Culture Advisor and Internal Recruiter at Channel 3 Consulting since April 2023. With over 13 years of expertise, Natasha contributes to transforming patient care through technology. Previous roles include Recruitment Business Partner at Lorien, Vendor Recruiter and Recruitment Partner at Resource Solutions, and Research Intern at EDV Global Foundation, where Natasha presented a research paper on domestic violence to the Board of Trustees at the House of Lords. Natasha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Warwick and completed high school at Watford Grammar School for Girls.
