Natasha Giles serves as the Chief People Officer at Channel 3 Consulting, bringing extensive experience in human resources and people management. Previously, Natasha held the position of Regional People and Culture Director for the UK and Europe at Les Mills UK, and also worked with Bravura Solutions in various roles including HR Business Partner for Wealth Management in the UK and South Africa, Global L&D Specialist, and HR Business Partner for South Africa. Natasha's career includes a significant tenure at Uprise Markets as Head of Human Capital, and at PwC focusing on onboarding, engagement, and career mobility in the South Market Africa. Natasha began professional development with a recruitment role at Exordia, serving as Recruitment Assistant Manager. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Wrexham University, Natasha also holds a RE 5 qualification from Moonstone.
