Ellie Keast is an experienced professional with a strong background in client account management and customer experience. Currently serving as a Client Account Manager at Channel Fusion since November 2022, Ellie previously held roles as a Project Manager at Thinklogic and spent nearly a decade at Perfect Game USA in various capacities, culminating in the role of Director of Customer Experience - Web. Throughout Ellie’s tenure at Perfect Game, responsibilities included managing subscription services, enhancing customer support, and developing innovative web solutions. Ellie also has significant IT experience, having designed systems to improve operational efficiency and developed training resources. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa, Ellie combines technical skills with a passion for customer satisfaction and team leadership.
