Debra Stallone has over twenty years of experience in the technology industry. Debra began their career in 1997 as an Operations Administrator and Field Sales Coordinator at Symbol Technologies. In 2003, they became a Senior Project Lead and System Administrator at Motorola (formerly Symbol Technologies). During this time, they were responsible for managing an annual $1.5M new development budget and supporting the systematic management of 10,000 partner companies and 60,000 partner users. In 2006, they were appointed to represent project requests within Worldwide Channel Business Operations on the Motorola Portfolio Review Board. From 2009 to 2011, Debra worked as a Consultant at Avaya, providing Channel Operations and Business Readiness support to the Global Channel Program Team. Debra then moved to Sonus Networks in 2011 as a Consultant, where they supported the CEO to define a new channel partner program, document the operating model, and work with internal teams to define and document the program rational, policies and process of all 44 identified areas of the program. In 2012, Debra returned to Motorola Solutions as a Consultant, where they led business discussions with global and regional channel operations stakeholders to define and document business requirements and process flows to support automated channel partner program compliance. Debra also led business discussions with global channel partner stakeholders to define and align channel partner data attributes necessary to support and communicate the PartnerEmpower channel program. In 2014, Debra began working at Channel Mechanics as a Senior Business Analyst and at Motorola Solutions as a Consultant. Debra is currently employed at Channel Mechanics as a Channel Services, Sr Business Analyst.
Debra Stallone obtained their High School Diploma from South Grand Prairie High in 1978. Debra also attended the State University of New York - System, studying Liberal Arts.
