Seán O'Connell

Seán O'Connell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Seán started their career in 1996 at Medtronic Ltd., where they implemented an Electronic Documentation System and was responsible for implementing Information Systems for the Quality Function. In 2000, they joined Nortel Networks as a Web Development Team Leader.

From 2001 to 2004, Seán worked at Intec as a System Test Team Leader, responsible for test management of large phased deliveries for H3G and DTAG Projects. Seán then moved to Insight Test Services as an FDA Software Validation Consultant, where they developed customer-specific Software Validation SOP/QSP and managed assignments.

Seán returned to Nortel Networks in 2004 as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various customer-facing web application projects. Seán joined Avaya in 2010, first as an IT QA Team Leader and later as the IT QA Services Vertical Manager, providing strategic direction for application testing within the Services vertical.
