Sean Treacy

Sean Treacy has been working in the software engineering industry since 2009. In 2009, they graduated from NUI Galway with a degree in computer science. In 2012, they completed a 5-month work placement at Storm Technology Ltd, where they worked on developing web applications in .Net. In 2013, they returned to Storm Technology Ltd as a Software Developer, working mainly with ASP.Net. In 2019, they moved to Planet as a Software Engineer, where they worked as a .Net developer in the FinTech sector. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Channel Mechanics.

Sean Treacy attended Holy Rosary College Mountbellew from 2005 to 2009 and then went on to the University of Galway where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - B.sc. (IT) with a focus in Computer Science from 2009 to 2013.
