Emma B. is a seasoned professional in the post-production sound industry with extensive experience as a dubbing mixer, sound editor, and ADR recordist. Currently serving as a consultant on 4PP at Channel 4, Emma focuses on advancing the careers of mid-senior talent from underrepresented backgrounds in post-production. With a freelance career since April 2018, Emma has worked with both national and international broadcasters on various sound projects. Previous roles include authorship of a research paper on diversity in post-production sound through the Sir Lenny Henry Centre, as well as positions at Storm HD Ltd, Clear Cut Pictures, and Screen Scene, where notable projects included collaborations on well-known television shows and animations. Emma received formal education at Pulse College from 2005 to 2007.
