Melanie Morgan

Melanie Morgan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melanie currently holds the position of Head of Employee Experience at Channel 4 since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at Vue Entertainment from August 2020 to August 2022. Melanie also worked as the Head of HR Operations at Mace from April 2018 to April 2020. Before that, Melanie held various HR management positions at The De Beers Group of Companies, including Senior HR Manager and HR Manager EMEA, from November 2013 to March 2018. Melanie was also the Interim Head of HR Services at Network Housing Group from June 2012 to November 2013. Melanie has experience in the public sector as well, having worked as the Head of HR Contracts and Payroll Services at the Ministry of Justice UK from May 2009 to June 2012. Melanie started their career as the Payroll and People Manager at EAT. from October 2007 to January 2009.

Melanie Morgan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies from the University of Bedfordshire in 2003. In 2017, they obtained a Chartered MCIPD from CIPD.
