Patrick started their career at Southampton City Council as a Business Support Assistant, where they improved operational efficiency by implementing electronic processes. Patrick then moved on to become an IT Procurement Analyst, responsible for sourcing IT orders and managing suppliers. Afterward, Patrick worked at Capita IT Services as a Service Desk Analyst, providing first-line support and incident management for Southampton City Council.
