Basil Ababtain

Basil Ababtain is a seasoned professional in corporate planning and project management, currently serving as the Corporate Planning & PMO Director at channels by stc since January 2022. Prior to this role, Basil held various positions at STC from March 2006 to February 2022, including Consumer Service Management Section Manager and Planning & Performance Supervisor. Key achievements include managing performance dashboards, defining business requirements for major projects, and analyzing customer service performance. Basil possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Telecommunication & Information College in Riyadh.
