Foluso Oluwafemi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Human Resources at Channels Television since June 2019, Foluso is responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive business profitability and sustainability. Previously held roles include Group HR Business Partner at Dangote Flour Mills PLC and HR Manager for Supply Chain Services at PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, focusing on talent management, performance oversight, and employee engagement.
