Gerald Reate

Gerald Reate is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Information Technology Manager and Application Analyst at Channing House since April 2021, Gerald previously worked at Seton Medical Center as a System Administrator from December 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that role, Gerald led the IT Desktop Engineering team at Verity Health System from February 2018 to December 2020. Gerald's extensive experience in technical support began at Dell, where tenure lasted from August 2000 to February 2018 as a Senior Technical Support Analyst. Early in Gerald's career, a position as a Computer Technician at Permond Solutions Group Inc was held briefly in July 2000. Gerald holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Technology from Heald College, School of Technology, completed between 1998 and 2000.
