Florian Picard

Florian Picard is an experienced commissioning manager currently working at Chantiers de l'Atlantique since May 2019, focusing on the OSS HVAC for the SNA Offshore Wind Farm and the Parc du Banc de Guérande Project. Previous roles include HV/MV & Interface Package Manager for the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm and Site Engineer - Electrical Lead Inspector for CH2M at the APMTerminals container terminal in Costa Rica, overseeing significant electrical engineering projects. Florian Picard also held various project management and site electrical engineering positions at Clemessy in Africa, including the construction of the Lomé Container Terminal and the electrification project in Pointe Noire, Congo.
