David Brown

David Brown is an experienced professional in customer service and applications engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Customer Service at Chaos since July 2020, David previously held leadership roles at FARO Technologies from 2004 to July 2020, including Manager of Applications Engineering for the EMEA region and Team Leader of Inside Sales Specialists. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies, with focuses in Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Law from Dublin Business School, which was awarded between 1995 and 1999.
