Sabrina Defraene is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Isabel since June 2006, Sabrina oversees multiple departments to align organizational needs with strategic objectives and has previously held roles such as Manager of the Client Competence Center and Customer Care Operations Manager, focusing on operational excellence and superior customer experience. Prior to joining Isabel, Sabrina was the Operations Manager for Acquiring Europe at Citicorp Diners Club from January 2001 to June 2006, where responsibilities included managing customer expectations and overseeing both back and front office activities. Sabrina’s educational foundation includes studies at KA Geraardsbergen from 1987 to 1989.
