Radost Staykova

Radost Staykova has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and people development, currently serving as a People Development Partner and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Chaos since August 2018. Prior to this role, Radost held various positions at Sutherland from August 2014 to August 2018, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and EMEA Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, both in permanent and temporary capacities. Radost also worked as a Marketing Expert at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria from May 2013 to August 2014 and as an Assistant Consultant Intern at Manpower Bulgaria from November 2012 to May 2013. Radost holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Varna, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
