Trung Nguyen

Trung Nguyen is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience design and product management across various companies. Currently serving as a UX Designer at CHAOS since July 2022, Trung previously held positions such as UX Lead at FPT Software and Senior UX Designer at One Mount Group, where Trung played a key role in designing and refining user experiences for multiple digital products. Notable achievements include leading the user experience design for the VinShop product and optimizing shopping experiences that resulted in a significant increase in mobile conversion rates. Trung holds a Master's degree in Human-Technology Interaction from Tampere University and has completed certifications in User Experience Design at CareerFoundry. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Kajaani University of Applied Sciences and participation in The Erasmus Programme focused on Business Management, Marketing, and Advertising.
