Anthony Gentile

Anthony Gentile has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Anthony started their career as an intern at Data Electronic Devices from June 2013 to August 2015. Anthony then worked as a Software Developer Intern at MITRE from May 2016 to September 2016, where they gained experience in NP-hard search algorithms, data extraction, and websockets.

From June 2017 to May 2018, Anthony worked at Fidelity Investments as an Associate Software Engineer. Anthony played a key role in developing foundational releases for cloud-based pricing solutions and worked on a proof of concept application for predicting adjusted spread values.

In 2018, they joined Cygilant as a Software Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Anthony worked there from June 2018 to March 2020, honing their skills and contributing to various software development projects.

Currently, Anthony is associated with ChaosSearch, where they started as a Software Engineer in March 2020 and quickly rose through the ranks. Anthony was promoted to Team Lead in October 2020, then to Senior Manager in September 2021, and finally to Director of Platform Engineering in July 2022.

Prior to that, they attended Central Catholic High School from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022.
