Oluyomi Adebote, CFA, AFM, FCA, CISA, MSC has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Oluyomi Adebote, currently holds the position of VP, Investment Banking at Chapel Hill Denham, where they are involved in advising on capital market deals, credit rating advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, deal origination and structuring, as well as real estate and infrastructure financing. Oluyomi Adebote, has led significant transactions, including the structuring and registration of Lagos State's N115 billion fixed rate unsecured series 1 10-year Bond and the fund raise of N46.79 billion for the Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (NREIT), making it the largest REIT in Nigeria.

In these positions, they were responsible for preparing management reports, consolidated financial statements, and regulatory returns, as well as managing external audits and providing investor presentations.
