Erica Prado has extensive experience in marketing and business operations, currently serving in the Business Office at Chapel School - Escola Maria Imaculada since August 2019. Prior to this role, Erica worked at Itaú Unibanco from March 2007 to April 2016, where responsibilities included leading the “product placement” project on Rede Globo to enhance brand retention, as well as spearheading initiatives to promote digital banking channels in 2012. Erica also had significant involvement in the communication strategies during the mergers of BankBoston with Itaú and Itaú with Unibanco, along with planning and executing a campaign for the launch of biometric services at ATMs. Erica holds a postgraduate degree in Service Marketing from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
