Anna Anderson is a partner in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department and Banking and Financial Services Department. Anna works primarily with commercial banks and corporations in asset securitization transactions and structured financings, with a focus in the areas of corporate trust and custody. In these areas Anna represents such banks and corporations in their roles as indenture trustee, back-up servicer, collateral agent, custodian, paying agent and similar capacities involving various asset classes, including auto loans, equipment lease receivables, timeshare interests, student loans, commercial loans and solar loans and assets.

Anna has represented banks and other commercial lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured financings, including mergers and acquisitions and equity and asset acquisitions. She also represents lenders in single and multi-bank credit facilities, including both revolving credit and term loan facilities, demand loan facilities, loan syndications, and letter of credit financing.

Anna has experience in representing both domestic and foreign banks providing credit and liquidity support for tax-exempt financings for municipal, health care, higher education and not-for-profit borrowers as well as various other credit enhancement transactions involving letters of credit, lines of credit, and direct purchase agreements. She also has experience in private equity firm lending and real estate-related finance matters including construction, acquisition and permanent financing for a variety of types of real estate.

Anna participated in the firm's summer associate program in 2007, and joined the firm in 2008.
