Jessica A. Hoffer

Jessica Hoffer is Chapman's Director of Talent Acquisition. She oversees the recruiting of all non-partner attorneys and administrative staff for all offices, including cultivation of partnerships with search firms and schools, and oversight of all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process. Jessica also manages all aspects of recruiting for Chapman’s Finance Law Development Program and Finance Law Internship.

Prior to joining Chapman in 2018, Jessica worked as a legal recruiter at an Am Law 100 firm for more than 14 years.
