Kathryn Maass

Kathryn Maass is an associate and member of Chapman's Corporate and Securities Department, Investment Management Group, and Private Funds Group. Her practice is focused on the formation and operation of unit investment trusts, open-end funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and closed-end funds. She also advises broker-dealers and investment advisers on a variety of compliance and risk management matters.

With respect to private funds, Kathryn represents institutional investors and sponsors of private investment funds, private equity and hedge funds, and other investment vehicles. She also works with private fund clients on compliance issues and fund formation.
