Melissa S. O'Connor

Melissa O'Connor is an associate in Chapman's Illinois Public Finance Department. She serves as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and disclosure counsel in connection with municipal and other governmental purpose securities transactions. Melissa participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2015 and joined the firm in 2016.
